Xenia is a beautiful girl with a lovely distribution of colour throughout her coat, featuring a well-balanced mix of lilac and cream.
She has a dense, plush coat, strong legs, and a sweet round face that gives her an adorable expression.
Her sturdy build and attractive colouring make her a very eye-catching and charming girl.

Hair brushing every 2 days.
Nail clipping every 2 weeks.
Bath every 2-6 months.

Free feeding of dry kibble, 65g daily, available at all times.
Served 20g of wet food once daily at noon.

Age-appropriate vaccinations completed.
Core vaccines (FVRCP) administered.
Full vaccination records, including product stickers, will be provided.

British Shorthairs are calm, sturdy companions with a famously plush coat. Beyond the everyday care that applies to every kitten, here is what is specific to the breed.

Coat & Grooming

• Dense, plush double coat. Brush once or twice a week; increase to several times a week during seasonal shedding to clear loose undercoat and reduce hairballs.
• Not prone to matting and needs no trimming — regular brushing is enough.

Body & Build

• Stocky, cobby "teddy-bear" build that matures slowly (males can take up to ~3 years to fully fill out).
• Prone to weight gain — measure meals, keep treats under 10% of the diet, and keep them active with daily play.

Temperament & Living With Them

• Easygoing, independent and undemanding; they prefer to sit beside you rather than be carried. A good fit for first-time owners and families, and they tolerate alone time well.

Health Watch-points

• Responsibly bred British Shorthairs are screened for HCM (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy) and PKD (polycystic kidney disease). Keep your kitten at a healthy weight, attend annual vet checks, and maintain dental care. For your kitten's specific health record, refer to the cattery handover and your vet.
