Rules and Regulations for Our Cafe
To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for both our guests and cats, please observe the following:
1. Appointments are recommended as walk-in slots are limited, especially on weekends and public holidays.
2. Please be punctual. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your slot may be released to walk-in guests.
3. The minimum age for entry is 4 years old.
4. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
5. Hand and foot sanitisation is compulsory before entry—our staff will assist.
6. Handle our cats gently. Please do not carry or lift them without staff assistance.
7. Do not pull their tails, whiskers, or ears.
8. Do not wake or disturb resting or sleeping cats.
9. Refrain from screaming, running, or jumping.
10. Do not feed the cats with outside food or drinks.
11. Avoid letting the cats lick or bite your fingers or personal items.
12. Please switch off the flash when taking photos.
13. All cats are health-certified, vaccinated, and rabies-free.
14. Our roaming cats are friendly and used to human interaction.
15. All cats at NekoTown are permanent residents.

To ensure a peaceful and pleasant experience at our cat cafe for everyone, please kindly follow our rule.
1. Appointment is recommended, there are limited vacancies for walk-in customers especially during weekends and public holidays.
2. Please be punctual for your appointment, your slot will be released to other walk-in customers if you are late for more than 15 minutes.

We accept and prefer Cash, Paynow, Paylah and Nets.
Your slot will be relsease to other walk-in customers (if any) if you are late for 15 minutes and more.

All the cats at our cat cafe are not for adoption or sale.

For the well-being of our cats and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, we kindly request that customers refrain from consuming outside food and beverages within the cat cafe area.
We have designated storage areas where you may securely place your personal items to ensure they remain separate from our cats.
We provide free flow drinks in our cat cafe. Bottled water is also allowed to consume in our cat cafe area.
The availability of session extension depends on the next time slot.
Extension is not available if the next time slot is fully booked.
In the unlikely event of an injury caused by one of our cats, please be assured that all our cats are health-certified, vaccinated, and free of rabies. They are well-socialized and trained to interact with customers in a gentle manner. However, recognizing the unpredictable nature of animals, such incidents, though extremely rare, can occur.
Should this happen, we have protocols in place to promptly address and manage the situation, ensuring your safety and well-being are prioritized. Our staff will provide immediate medical assistance.
